Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Trivor Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Trivor", "we", "us"). They govern your use of trivor.io and the Trivor platform (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your Trivor account.
- Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Its administrators manage who is a member, which services are connected and which AI models are available. If you join a workspace, the organisation's own rules also apply to your use of it.
3. Your content
"Your content" means what you send to the Service, the files you upload, the data the Service retrieves from accounts you connect, and what the Service produces for you.
- You keep all rights you have in your content. We do not claim ownership of it.
- You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you, keep it secure and comply with the law.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
- You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with the Service, including for any personal information about other people.
4. Connected accounts and actions
You can connect third-party accounts to the Service and ask Trivor to read data from them or act in them.
- You confirm that you are allowed to connect each account and to give Trivor the access you grant.
- You authorise Trivor to access those accounts and take the actions needed to carry out your instructions, within the permissions you choose.
- Actions Trivor takes at your request are your actions. Third parties may treat them as yours. Trivor may ask you to confirm some actions before it carries them out.
- You can disconnect an account at any time. Disconnecting does not undo actions already completed.
- Your use of each connected service remains subject to your own agreement with its provider.
5. AI output
The Service uses AI models to generate answers and to decide how to carry out tasks. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and it may be similar to output generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and for the decisions and actions you take based on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- use the Service to send spam, to harass or deceive people, or to impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to anyone else's systems;
- try to bypass security controls, access controls or usage limits, in the Service or in a connected account;
- access another workspace's data without permission;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- use the Service to build a competing product.
We may set reasonable limits on usage, such as limits on requests, storage or computing resources.
7. Third-party services and your own API keys
The Service works with services run by others, including the accounts you connect, AI model providers and web search providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.
If you add your own API key for an AI model provider, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with it, and you are responsible for any fees it charges you.
8. Fees
- Plans. The Service is a paid service. The fees for your plan, and what it includes, are shown when you subscribe or are set out in the order you agree with us. If we give you a trial or pilot at no charge, it ends on the date we tell you.
- Credits. Use of the Service consumes credits. Your plan includes an allowance of credits, and you can buy more. The number of credits a task consumes depends on the AI model used and the amount of work involved, so we cannot promise that a given number of credits will produce a given result. Credits belong to your workspace, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expire at the end of each month.
- Payment. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period, and your subscription renews for the same period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes. Fees do not include taxes such as GST. Where they apply, you pay them in addition to the fees.
- Refunds. Fees and credits are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- Late payment. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend your access until it is paid.
- Price changes. We may change our prices or the number of credits that tasks consume. Changes to subscription fees take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you before then.
9. Our rights
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design and trademarks. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while the Terms are in effect. They do not give you any other rights in it.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment.
10. Changes to the Service
The Service is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the Service or any part of it. Where a change significantly reduces what you can do, we will try to give you reasonable notice.
11. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account.
- We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop providing the Service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
- When your access ends, your right to use the Service stops. We handle and delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sections 3, 5, 9 and 12 to 16 continue to apply after these Terms end.
12. Disclaimers
The Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms;
- our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose and S$100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Indemnity
You will compensate us for losses and reasonable costs arising from a third-party claim caused by your content, your connected accounts, your breach of these Terms or your breach of the law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.
17. General
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us for the Service, that agreement prevails where the two conflict.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor of our business.
- If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
